This one-week menu is only a sample of what you can expect. Of course, we will rotate in your classic burger, Italian, BBQ and taco southwestern and other ethnically inspired themed meals during the course of your shoot. A wide variety will always be available.
We get to know your crew in a hurry, and we are supremely confident that all dietary needs will be met.

Breakfast

Full breakfast buffet with your usual-scrambled eggs, thick cut bacon, sausage, potatoes, old fashioned oatmeal or hot grain cereal with toppings

Yogurts, Assorted cereals and granola, fresh cut fruit and berries

Off the truck, the industry standard- breakfast burritos, sandwiches, French toast, eggs and omelets to order, tofu and veggie sausage is always available with ingredients such as spinach, mushroom, peppers, onions, avocado, etc.….

Coffee, tea, soy, almond, coconut and rice milk are available.

Orange, apple and cranberry juices are also available.
Please note that we do not use any flour as thickeners to sauces or stewed braised dishes.
We use alternative thickeners, such as, cornstarch, potato starch, tapioca, arrowroot or gluten free flour…
All meals have gluten free options on buffet. We also always provide a gluten free option if we are preparing pasta. We have a strong knowledge of dietary needs and normally do not use any dairy in any dishes. If we did, we would have a nondairy option also.
